Although it is still a bit chilly outside, spring is just around the corner.

SPICE LAB TOKYO proudly presents a one and only culinary experience, blending Japan’s seasonal ingredients with an abundance of spices and the techniques of Indian cuisine.

This year’s spring menu features a special course that highlights the flavors of the season, incorporating ingredients such as wild vegetables, white asparagus, and fresh fruits, allowing you to savor the essence of spring.

Lunch: 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Last Order: 1:30 PM)
Dinner: 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Last Order: 8:30 PM), Short Course: 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Last Order: 9:30 PM)
*Closed on Mondays (If it is a Holiday on Monday we will open, and close on Tuesday)
*Short Course seats are limited to 60 minutes
